This application replaces the previously separate applications for BLOCS, TAP and the individual high schools.  Each family should complete just one application for all three sources of tuition assistance.  If you have children in elementary schools, you will also be eligible for assistance through any funding sources directed toward elementary school age children.

We are accepting applications beginning on October 15, 2012.
