Ms. Susan Murphy, a teacher at Assumption BVM School in Feasterville, has been selected as Teacher of the Month. An enthusiastic individual, Ms. Murphy is truly dedicated to her craft. Her boundless commitment to her school and students alike is evidenced by the conscientious way in which she prepares lessons and the way she generously donates her time to volunteer for extra-curricular activities.

Ms. Murphy creates a comfortable and productive atmosphere for learning, making the process enjoyable while also instilling a sense of accountability in her students. Prior to coming to Assumption, Ms. Murphy was a member of Mercy Corps and also taught on a reservation in Arizona.
