Our Schools
Our Catholic high schools and elementary schools are part of a centuries-long tradition of academic excellence that continues to grow stronger with each passing year.
The Archdiocese of Philadelphia encompasses 123 Catholic elementary schools, 17 high schools, and 4 schools for special education. Extending beyond the city of Philadelphia, the Archdiocese spans the surrounding counties and is divided into six vicariates: Bucks County, Chester County, Delaware County, Montgomery County, Philadelphia North, and Philadelphia South. These diverse areas–each with their own unique demographics and traditions–make the Archdiocese of Philadelphia the culturally rich community that it is.
